the core idea of that post sounds pretty logical. however, i don't know if a law firm on the order R&G can actually think in numbers that small. I think we have all been conditioned by the MSFT settlement to think on the order of 10M, which is reasonable to expect. i just can't help but believing it's worth a lot more than that in addition to licensing. jmo
