I had trouble couple weeks ago at my daughters house in NJ I email back the conformation email when I got home and DF him self emailed back very quickly and asked what exactly was the problem, I had left NJ and back in CT but I think it was her wifi connection because we had problems with iPhones dropping signal also. point being contact the company through email.
