PVSP  $4.8 Million Debt Cancellation, HUGE 

The entire debt of $14 was to be purchased by JDM over 9 months or $1.5m a month on average. 

This first purchase was nearly 1/2 of the entire debt which means that we are going to be cash flow positive much sooner than originally thought with the removal of $4.8 immediately. 

Next Quarterly report is going to show real improvement and quickly.
