I agree if they uplist when share price is in that range and if they have a partner signed and fantastic top line results confirmed.
Most stocks that I have seen were still struggling to show revenue and a confirmed product.
But again, it may stop a lot of manipulation and be a positive for SP but not a great kick in the rear IMO.
