Not difficult at all as they obviously have enough good plastic to operate 3 processors in Niagara Falls.  And I expect they will obtain enough plastic to operate a couple more there - not to mention the cluster of 10 (my guess) in Jacksonville.

I realize Madison County is not the only source of plastic for JBI.  But it points out how difficult it is to find good sources of waste plastic.
