The SEC and FINRA are not interested in Jerry Grisaffi or RMHB. They already spent a boat load of money last year when they put the company under a microscope on the OTCQB tier upgrade. If they had a problem with them it would have surfaced a year ago.
Oh by the way... the SEC and FINRA would never EVER admit they were conducting an investigation to any Bozo the Clown calling them up on the phone.
