New 8K is the best new. Its the normal and expected progression toward an acquisition. NDA first, LOI second. LOA (Letter of agreement) next!!! I'm not kidding when I say I am generally a pretty matter of fact guy, especially in matters of investment. But when I read that 8K....I actually get a little teary eyed. LOL There is something about this investment that is different than all others for me. Wooo hooo! 90 days; could be a different world for all of us from there.
