well, this is interesting -- over on the ACTC board at the other site, there was a really obnoxious poster who bashed the stock unmercifully. Now he posts this:

runcaly, this has been shorted heavily since .08.
Looks like ACT is handing out 125k shares each to the BOD'S.

Hopefully if all things go well with results of 100k cell phase
you will see more gains. This should open NIH's eye's now. If the
cell performance in 100k is markedly better, than "revenue" is in
sight.
