This question is completely up in the air and up to the determination of the state control board. Because the law is modeled after Colorado Law, we can anticipate stores opening up January 1, 2018.


So... Stores that have no Medical Affiliation will not open up until 2018. But from what i gather here ALL Medical Dispensaries are already selling to those individuals that either have a valid Medical Card, or are over 21 and have a Mass. Driver's licence.


Bottom line here: There is crop to test now plus there is and will be even more crop to test later...
