Brilliant acquisition IMO. WW goes the inorganic route and probably dilutes 1/2 the amount on the Ca. acquisition with 100Mil preferred shares and a note for $400-500K. Recently made the comment that future acquisitions would be done the same with preferred & notes. With the PPS much higher than prior acquisitions I believe the shares will be considerably less. WW months ago when doing dispensary apps for Mass. clearly stated opportunities could arise from the consultation business. Pay attention closely what has been said by WW and even the critical thinkers will see his plan has so much merit it is actually genius. He talked about the consultation business and how many of these contacts could be an opportunity for the lab business and presto months later we have an LOI. We currently have 25% of Oregon's $15 Mil and now ground floor in Mass.'s $30 Mil expected lab revenues. From today's PR....

Well, strike one up for the inorganic column. Massachusetts is expected to see tremendous growth, with its lab testing revenues expected to reach over $30 million. This move is a win-win for all parties involved, including our shareholders. We will have more to come on this transaction very soon.

Someone stated the cost of labs in Ca. has went up huge. Today WW talked about inorganic growth for Massachusetts. Obviously we now have operations in Ca. and soon to be Mass. which I believe will start the process of organic growth. Both states go rec. Jan.1,2018 so everything becomes obvious here. WW stated today inorganic and shareholders in the same context here as win-win. The "mother" lab has been set up and time to incubate some babies.
