It's simple.
Get a bunch of money up front now vs. Get a bunch of money over an extended period of time.
With the large infusion of cash, no need to raise funds dependent on share price -- go F**K yourselves you stock price manipulating criminals.
Fund the development of N-Assay kits specific to bacteria starting with the most demanded ones; i.e, e. Coli, tuberculosis, etc.
Fund the expansion of capacity for producing flatpacked petri plates.
Cash infusion should have an immediate impact to the share price....well north of $0.06.
I don't see how anyone can argue that the flatpack is not a competitive advantage. Makes me wonder who the players will be that show up for the bidding war to buy the license for the various regions. Whoever they are, they would be wise to just buy up the entire Company.
Dare I whisper of a dream?... $20 per share! OK OK OK...$7.00 per share to be more realistic today.
