Over 496,000 shares traded at 2:45. I guess there's a short-covering panic.
Some of it IS wash sales (in AlanC's terminology, meaning phony trades between entities or by an entity to and from itself) to try to walk the price down so they can buy cheap stock.
But I think that a lot of this IS people realizing that they are about to get their a**es handed to them.
I hope that some of this is new shorting so that they get destroyed when a partnership is announced.
