Unfortunately, for us....and VERY fortunate for James is that it is not illegal to be a piss poor CEO. Only if he did harm with the intent to do so would he be held accountable. That is super hard to prove , no matter how many feel about that. Just life.
I personally find the Board missive to be encouraging and look forward to disclosure from them going forward. If not......well, deja vu all over again.
I am no longer a shareholder of FITX , because of James, but, I will still keep my eye on this , looking for culpability in what has happened the past couple of years. Like I said.....I took a hell of a beating, and am not happy b'out that. It was my choice to get in, and to get out. My decisions we're based on the information provided by the company..........or, lack there of.
Every person should always make their own choices based on the best information they can get, and what their situation dictates.
