only 50 years- bodes well for your pirate demeanor-cant remember the 60's huh,well you're in good company then
it was a blood curdling scream-having heard great horned owls many times was surprised they could scream like a halloween horror movie victim
couldn't find a good great horned owl scream link but below is a sample of the cams people can watch-the last of these birds (condors) in the wild were removed shortly before i visited LA-San Diego and thus never saw them in the wild. I try to visit every 50 years so only ca 19 to go.
