That complaint you made was a few years ago if I recall, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the reason you never received any response is because the SEC is in the know and allowing who ever a free pass...........I’m a little guy here a deplorable but with all the dam corruption going on, is how I came up with that....they need to fix that chit or get the hell out of office, what do they expect us to think.

cash............Find a lawyer that does pro bono work , old retired Goldman sacks person somebody and lay that on there desk and ask them , do you want to make a reputation for yourself or not ?

This really chapps my azz , we have all these trading algorithms cheating the the retail investor and moving the markets artificially and know one is going to call it out......... except for Delaware senator Ted Kaufman several years ago and they shut him down dam it.
