I totally agree with you.

Mr Checkout does have walmart, target, costco, and sams club on their list of retailers.

Maybe at this point that's the only way she can get her foot in the door.
(I can't imagine how many small companies knock at walmart's door each day)

I also think the share increase was to compliment the deal with mr checkout.
(speculation on my part)
