ICLD is an awesome company @ $-40-$45mil revs - nobody can figure out how/why they cannot crawl out of the OTC gutter - they were a $1.00 stock only a few months back. crazeeee OTC where no great stock can break out - mostly "developmental stage companies with LOIs to do something great someday" seem to catch the attention of OTC crowd...
