You guys all need to remember that all of our prior financials have now been restated - undoubtedly all done by the same auditor using the same assumptions and accounting rules front to back and the 21 mil investor followed those changes and understands the accounting rules followed.

Also - just for kicks and giggles - I don't recall an announcement of any huge corrections or restatements due to new accounting rules - which means that NTEK's prior results and reporting was not far off
