No wonder JBI isn't interested in setting up a processor there.  But it will add a nice supply to the Niagara Falls site.  AG plastic is one of the preferred plastic.  It took almost a month to get the 1st supply and the picture doesn't show much.  Hoping it will catch on in other counties/states/country.
