Without trying to give too much away if I am right, and while at the same time being perhaps totally wrong, I believe that DECN might be awaiting completion of the GenSure strip and the GenSure meter before attacking the big order in earnest. But again I might be totally wrong. For me, selling the Bolivians some product then and now building to a roll-out of the 3rd World product makes sense, even if message board posters are trashing Mr. Berman 24/7. And the unwashed are telling Mr. Berman to stop spending money on product development. I have seen the commercial that the Bolivians have produced for Spanish speaking South America so it is clear to me that they have a plan. And if they are successful then the $17 million is chump change.
