The CEO previously Tweeted an update may be forthcoming within a few weeks (which at the time meant by eom).
Most traders expect a reverse merger of the former CRTC (apparel company) shell with a company which wants to go public - which is the CEO's area of expertise.
Alternatively, there may be a new business announcement.
Later, there will undoubtedly be a name change and ticker change - both of which are always good for a run.
