As we have seen 3 times recently, whales loading for the future can take INCC to the verge of a .0010+ breakout in minutes.
Getting rid of the 235M "debt" shares over the previous 2 days - in exchange for not having 1.3 B "debt" shares later was huge in my opinion.
We may see the A/S and O/S reduced in future now the earmarked shares are not required.
