A lot of us are speaking from experience here because when there have been hold ups in the past, the deals fell through and there seems to be a pattern of announcing something, silence and then a SH letter explaining why it's not happening. We are getting tired of being pumped up getting excited about developments only to be disappointed. People keep dumping money in at each announcement and then nothing.
