One of the Transareo 767-300's that Kalitta purchased has a test flight around Northern Michigan scheduled for this morning. This is a common route Kalitta uses after work has been done to aircraft they service. It's N762CK that's doing the test flight today.
It is my theory that the (3) Transareo planes purchased are intended for USGlobal to lease. This was even stated by USGlobal that they plan on leasing at least (3) 767-300 aircraft from Kalitta. I'm assuming that means (2) will be leased after the certification process is complete. My guess is they are getting this bird ready for the July 30th delivery date!!
