What ever happened to the monthly newsletter to shareholders? Shareholders are feeling ignored when the company says they will do a better job communicating to all their shareholders and then we don't hear nothing about the status of things going on as the pps continues to slip. I think that is concerning. The IR is answering one investor at a time whereas the monthly shareholder letter provided info to all shareholders. I understand the SHL doesn't always answer all questions we have but its better than nothing.
