I could be wrong but it is my opinion as an ex banker that we have a commitment for a 21 million dollar investment but do not necessarily have the funds yet. I suspect there was a laundry list of conditions some of which have not yet been met. Once met I expect a steady stream of good news but until then I expect we are in a quiet period. I would not be a bit surprised if management is very frustrated just as we are. Go NTEK!!!
