Oh I agree with you on all that but just don't want folks here to think they are "debt-free" as some on other forums are saying. The debt free lie is always trumpeted whenever a company pays off "a" note or in this case converts "some" debt.
$DTII has a great SS and I played it when it ran 3000% in one day and have watched ever since. $DTII could very well run hard now but nothing wrong with having all the info.
