"how does killing off a company allow them to get away with it?"
Whether manipulation is occurring on a $0.02 stock with virtually no volume might be debatable but an even bigger question is how does posting on message boards and/or stock manipulation kill off a company?? Unless I'm missing something, it seems like PTOI is solely responsible for its own inability to perform.
Is it because manipulation makes financing harder?? It seems to me that PTOI did extremely well raising $78M through over eight years. Not many companies are able to raise that kind of money from investors without producing a shred of evidence of value, much less actual results.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
