i don't disagree .. imo it is not wise to lump all P2O investors with the same rather broad brush
i have noted numerous x .. that what kept *some* P2O investors
in PTOI .. in 2014 pertained to both multi year permits issued (but not *promoted*
by P2O mgmt) and Zecca's acknowledgement of OBG in the background
in 2015 .. EcoNav and OBG
in 2016 .. mgmt's *intent* to sell directly to a southern site and *change*
in 2017 .. expecting *patience* sans *communication* consistently articulated
via P2O mgmt .. may very well push investors elsewhere over the coming months
as a reminder .. PTOI was reset in Jan 2014 to 6c (from 10c @ EO 2013)
so for 3.5 years now .. PPS *range* mostly held 6c and below

.. it's a belief that the OTC is both poorly watched and heavily manipulated and that *cycles*

is one of relentless compression *down* to part actual investors by any *agenda
and means* possible .. and who said anything about a *kid* being involved
this is well organized illegal stock manipulation *imo* .. and the odds almost
always *favor* those who manipulate .. it usually *imo* comes down to NR being
able to *outlast* both retail and OTC mgmts ..

Rick has numerous options when it comes to P2O .. i have no doubts that yep
the PPS will be *reset* lower if there is an MOU extension .. it's why *i* like to
post out the daily tape of trades .. which causes such angst for NR ..
it shows what is done .. when it's done and at the pps it's done at
