JnJ is clearly slimy.
I guess that depends on your vantage point. Compared to many message board posters, J&J are choirboys. J&J has never attacked Mr. Berman's wife or adult son. J&J has never attacked company employees by name, or large shareholders by name. J&J has never published the address of DECN large shareholders for the purpose of causing personal harm to innocent people. But more to the point, they are who they are and react in predictable ways.
By the way, the only people that have trashed the J&J letter, that I have come into contact with since that letter became public, are message board people. Not customers, not industry people who have known since 2013 that the contract clause referenced in that letter is a DECN clause and has always been highly illegal.
