An unknown R/M play/candidate. Near all-time lows so it hasn't been frontloaded.

They emerged from bankruptcy a couple years ago with shareholders still intact. They acquired a small business (Windjammer) doing about $360,000 revenue. They have their other business that looks like it's doing about $250,000 per year. So they should be doing roughly $600,000 revenues.
They do have audited financials on their website. But not posted on the OTC market site. I'd expect them at some point to file and get pink current at the least.
Here's where it gets good. They own a $70 million loss carryover worth $25 million. Or currently $1.56 per share value. They are looking for profitable businesses to reverse merge and unlock the $25 million value.
This is an unknown opportunity. All things taken into account 2 pennies is a huge bargain. If a group decided to load and play this for the hidden value it should/could move significantly higher.
