Hopefully someone addresses PD post. Regarding "if" Kay retires. My guess is that this is a contingency plan if things don't go the way they believe they will.
The way PD looks at it will affect those people on the board that believe in the stock but don't understand the Technical side of Out of Bands and patents etc.
It's these tiny seeds of doubt that worry less technically savvy investors
