would short and naked short shares count? are we factoring in this number into the shares out there?
I don't think those are considered accountable to a normal request for the nobo obo list. those who refuse to reveal their identity then r hiding and raises suspicion. those who aren't will reveal their position. mms working for the company can pressure transfer agents and mms to reveal their positions incl short naked short. mms working for/with Hjoe r like attorneys trying to strike a deal with other mms when a huge short position looms so they need these numbers first before going to market.
I'm sure since the sec is already involved should make a very interesting case.
