I don't think the ALIE merger has anything to do with KMAG other than Jeff being the CEO. But I do believe that this is great news for KMAG. What better news could we get (besides uplisting) to prove that Jeff is an honest,hard working,successful business man! Doesn't a RM have to be approved by the SEC?
