Since everybody is speculating on this $21mil, I'll post my little speculation. If an individual/group of people wanted to "invest" in a small company with a cap of low teens mil, don't you think they would ask for more than 50% control of the company. I think the response from NTEK/DF was partnered with Foxum and we have a new CEO. DF don't want to let go of his toy. So no $21mil and no SH meeting. All my opinion of course.

What I would like to see is make UF a separate entity.
