1. On April 1st, 2017 AMLH merged with GGMN from a shell company to become public without filing an IPO. Mr. Christian Bishop is the CEO of AMLH/GGMN

2. GGMN hired A CFO, COO, CTO PR firm and Lawyer to expand the company and build their product line from scratch!!
3. AMLH became compliant with their filings to remove the STOP in May 2017. See link for all filings and attorney letters. Yield will be removed in 30 days after the last filing of June 2nd, 2017.
