Hey Ben, I think $UOIP is going to be a long drawn out ride to disappointment. I hope not as I have some of this but I don't expect a very good result. As the court date draws on, I am afraid the Board will begin diluting the shares by voting bonuses, reverse stock splits, having to pay attorney fees, and much more. Good Luck and good trading.
