I won't speak with Lee S. who now replaces Mike in IR.  He's the principle who predicted .75 by end of 2012 with some lame comparison to another company.  Regardless; anything Mike M. told me in hindsight has been BS slow to progress.  TECO needs to start executing; period.  One of two things will prove any progress.      No. 1;  progress will show up in the filings or no. 2 the market will know prior to the filings and sideliners will start buying shares. In the meantime it's hopes and promises as usual.  I'm confident the wheels are in motion but what else is new?
