$PGLC is a buy at the current PPS. This is the area where long term investors should be accumulating and holding for the commencement of mining activities in a few short months. As equipment arrives on the Nevada mining site the share price will rise accordingly.
It is NOT A QUESTION THAT THERE IS GOLD AND SILVER IN THE GROUND...
The NI 43-101 report has already proven that. The only factor holding the share price down is the date when the gold and silver will be harvested into Cash profits on the balance sheet.
