This is where the MM's just sit back and laugh about what they are doing! 100 shares???
This is where the SEC could come in and easily find out about manipulation but the MM's know it is not going to happen. I used to think politicians were the most corrupt group of people on the planet but it may be the people who run and oversee the markets.
