Not true. It was a retail dump.
They don't have a valid shelf in place and can't do an at-the-market offering. In other words, AMBS can't sell common into the open market to raise funds.
And the preferreds can't dump due to the binding LOIs and changes filed to the certificates of designation in NV.
Some retail holder had just had enough and doesn't think an SeD deal will materialize.
