Me? You mean a guy who hasn't posted there (I agree, there are some shady characters over there) in well over a year? I can see how it would go...

PC: For buying five-figures of IPIX and only saying good things about the pipeline, company and management. I predicted a price decline and that a trial would run longer than expected (B-OM) but both came true. I fear I might have touted my own stock.
SEC: Do you have any ties to the financial industry or any fiduciary duty to the company?
PC: No.
SEC: Do you claim to be a financial advisor?
PC: No.
SEC: Did you ever make any statement of fact that was not true or substatially true?
PC: No.
SEC: Have you ever shorted this or any other company?
PC: No.
SEC: So what is it that you're turning yourself in for?
PC: I don't know. Ultimate said I was a criminal. He said I post on iHub with multiple aliases and get paid for bashing by "them".
SEC: Well do you do any of those thing or even know who "them" is?

SEC: Sir...that actually happened and even if it didn't it's not a crime to have an opinion on where a stock price is going.
