Thanks Feller... Good points as always. I also think it's important to note that our top dog has a history of forming start ups and delivering them successfully to market. Hence my thoughts are the same. Cant release information just yet on why or who will replace our CFO but likely planned and strategic. International trade laws and currency exchanges I assume could be tricky. Having someone familiar and dedicated (perhaps full time) would be a great value. Also if a large JV... we could see a capital infusion. Germany, Israel and Canada all look like prime markets for a JV to come from.

As stated earlier... I'm holding everything until the creme hits the market and revenue starts coming in. Will evaluate at that point if I want to sale (none, some, or all). Hoping that it is in my best interest to hold longer to avoid capital gains... (time will tell but for now my shares are locked up)
