I understand your comment to mean, the 8-K is official, but a pr would "make it more official" in that maybe more details will be revealed?
Right or wrong on my part, we are right down to the same fact, unless the company says it, let's all chill and await such.
Vent up emotions are in full play...it will all be great in time.
