In answer to your question about the Q2 - about 4 to 8 weeks as it is now 4 weeks since the Q1 came out.
Of course, a few deep pocket traders might decide to take all the .0004s and .0005s in the meantime.
In addition, the company might provide an update at any time on the progress towards acquiring additional locations to expand either or both of the brands within its' portfolio.
