Accordingly to Fidelity, the removal of the flag as I called it, is tied to only one thing...not being current with financial filings.
So, based on what Michael of Fidelity stated to me this morning, the ticker and name change, does not remove the trading restriction.
It was stated during the shm, the audit would take about 60 days.
Once we are up to snuff, we can move up to OTCQB, which requires being current with 10-Q and 10-K filings.
So, according to Michael, I need to respectfully disagree with you.
It would be very cool if it happened all at the same time, but I'll not plan on such an event.
