Well the opening price will be before any of the HJOE buy back, RS etc.
It will open with some of the emotional factored in but not to much that the MM can't make bank on the run-up.
Meaning if they time all the filings correct, the opening price will come out simultaneously with the knowledge that they are reporting net income in the current quarter.
Don't be surprised if it opens at your .02-.05 and hits .20 the same day.
