Just got off the phone with Fidelity.
I am correct.....
The ticker will become USGLE during trading hours, on a day not yet determined based on what we know today, then on the same day during trading hours, the E is dropped and trading can begin. When the E is there, trading is halted.
He said this procedure used to take 1 to 3 business days, but now it happens as fast as in an hour, once initiated by the SEC.
He also said a name change takes typically 30 days.
If we are to assume as some have posted here, that the % vote needed came prior to June 9, and was submitted, we are a couple of weeks away.
If the 8-K yesterday starts the process, we are 4 or so weeks away.
My understanding is, both name and ticker changes on the same day.
Best I can report....take it FWIW.
PS, trading with Fidelity remains closed until OTC MARKETS removes the "flag" for not being current, so this is another step for the Fidelity folks.
Just a little more time...
