After more thought, I think this is just the last attempt of the manipulators to drive share price down before additional trial data is released in a few weeks/months. I hope it is out of desperation, but I have a feeling that they feel untouchable and most likely know that this tactic will work at least enough to keep pricing impeded until big announcements come through with partnerships.
