Justanotherfigment on the Ijunk board called SBRH at 424 258 0167 to try and find out what was going on with the company, and why the tier change downgrade. This is what he found out:

Company will be back to current as soon as possible. There will be an update out on or before the 15th. Shareholders will be pleased with the direction and progress of the Company. The management change has been a set back but we are moving forward.

Sounds to me like SBRH will be moving upward shortly.
